You may read, share and link to anything here. You may not scrape it at volume, republish it as your own, or use it to train a model without written permission.

This is a pre-launch site. There is no cart, no checkout, no price and no stock. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and joining the waitlist does not create a contract, reserve a garment or guarantee that any particular piece, size or colourway will be produced.

When commerce opens, a separate set of sale terms will apply and you will be shown them before you buy anything.

Joining the waitlist means we will email you about the first run, and may ask whether you want to test fit. Nothing more.

You can leave at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us. There is no penalty and we will not ask you to confirm twice.

Places on the fit council are limited by size and we cannot offer one to everybody who asks.

Every specification on this site — fibre composition, fabric weight, measurements, wash-test results — is provisional until the first production run is finalised, and is marked as such where it appears.

We hold no third-party certification at the time of writing and we do not claim one anywhere on this site. If you find a claim here that is not backed by a stated number, a named process or a measurement, write to us and we will correct or remove it.

Colour reproduces differently on different screens. Gardenia is undyed and varies slightly between production runs, which is a property of an undyed natural fibre rather than a defect.

No sale has taken place, so there is nothing to return, refund or cancel.

A full returns, refunds and cancellation policy will be published on this site before the first order is accepted, and will comply with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Fit council samples are given, not sold. You keep them, and there is nothing to return.

At launch the first run is planned for Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru, with the rest of India to follow. A full shipping policy — carriers, timelines, charges — will be published before the first order is accepted.

The Nolani name, the NOL∞ANI wordmark, the site design, the photography and the written content are the property of Nolani Apparel Private Limited unless stated otherwise.

Product photography currently shown on this site is placeholder imagery used during development and will be replaced with Nolani's own photography before launch.

The site is provided as it is. We take reasonable care to keep the information here accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or free of error, particularly where it is marked provisional.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including your right to approach a Consumer Commission.
